After the cardiovascular portion of the workout, I will take you through a strength training regimen that will focus on targeting the major muscle groups. Compound exercises will be included, such as squats and deadlifts, as well as isolation exercises for working on individual muscles. I will give you guidance on proper form and help you get the most out of each exercise.
